UCGG acknowledges common areas and clubhouses can be the primary selling point for a perspective client, tenant or new homeowner.

To ensure your property is ALWAYS in showroom condition, the following is a sample of our affordable services:

• Clean/ mop/ vacuum/ dust foyer, staircases, hallways, Mailroom and all other assigned rooms and areas
• Dust/ wipe/ vacuum furniture, fixtures, accessible window sills, baseboards and other flat surfaces
• Clean/ sanitize light switches, door handles and doors
• Remove cob webs
• Clean interior glass as needed
• Clean desk equipment, counters, shelves and telephones
• Reposition clubhouse/ foyer/ lawn and patio/ pool area/ fitness room/ locker room/ spa room furniture as needed
• Clean/sanitize kitchen area to include:
  • Sweep and clean kitchen floors
  •  Clean inside of microwave  
  • Clean outside surfaces of all kitchen appliances
  • Clean countertops and cabinet exteriors
•  Clean/disinfect all toilets, sinks and vanities
• Refill toilet tissue, soap and towel dispensers - provided by client or purchased by UGCC with reimbursement and 15% purchasing fee
• Empty waste baskets and replace lining- provided by UGCC
• Empty dog waste basket and replace bag stations

We will meet with the HOA Board and/or Property Management firm to ensure we customize a program tailored to fit thier specific cleaning needs.
