Use our products and equipment or if you prefer, we can use the products you sup
ply and/or your equipment. Our quote is the same, but a waiver will be required if we use products you purchase as we are a green, eco-friendly service. We never require a contract, we only ask for a courtesy call to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning service.
Our Basic Residential Package includes the following:
(15% off Residential Services for Senior Citizens and our brave Military personnel)
Rooms- Most of our clients require all their rooms serviced. Let us know if there will be rooms we will not service.
- Vacuum carpets, upholstered furniture, crevices in furniture, under cushion, and floor pillows
- Clean floors- wash/ dry on all hard floor surfaces, including hardwood
- Dust baseboards, crown molding, corners, shelving, ornaments on shelves, floor figurines, lamps, ceiling fans, frames, furniture, blinds etc…. mostly anything that can be dusted (Note: we can only reach areas up to 16 feet high)
- Empty trash bins and replace with bags- one per room
- Clean and empty ashtrays
- Bedrooms- replace linens- if set out by clients
Bathrooms-
- Deodorize, sanitize and clean/wash- bath tub, showers, sinks and commode (including behind the commode)
- Remove/ treat mold and mildew
- Clean floors, mirrors, vanities and backsplashes.
- Empty trash bins and replace with bags- one per room

Models without furniture:
Rooms-Vacuum carpets, clean floors,dust baseboards, crown molding, corners,in wall shelving, ceiling fans (Note: we can only reach areas up to 16 feet high), empty trash bins and replace with bags- one per room.
Bathrooms-Deodorize and clean bath tub, showers, sinks and commode,floors, mirrors, vanities and backsplashes.
Kitchens- Wipe down all appliances,clean sink, counter tops, backsplash and Wipe down cabinets

Payment Options:
UCGG accepts payment via checks and credit cards (via Paypal). Credit card payments will be assessed a 3% processing fee
Kitchens- Homes with 2 (den kitchens) or more will incur an additional fee
Hallway/ Staircases-
- Clean all appliances- to include under and on top- if accessible and clear of items
- Sanitize and clean sink, counter tops and backsplash
- Wipe down cabinets, table and chairs/ bar stools.
- Empty trash bins and replace with bags- one per room
Hallway/ Staircases-
- Vacuum and/ or sweep depending on floor treatment.
- Dust railings and wipe rail
